Hi! I'm Flora.
I make leaders legendary lovers by releasing shame and performance pressure, unlocking their full pleasure and power potential using data-based tools like breathwork, nervous system presencing, visualization, goal-setting, and embodiment.
I guide people back to their aliveness, pleasure, and turn-on through a one-of-a-kind blend of corporate insight, embodied wisdom, and data-informed practices. From a decade of work experience in corporate law and diplomacy, experiencing result driven disconnect and burn out, I transformed myself in a decade of studying and teaching yoga, nervous system presencing and love, sex and relationship coaching training on 3 continents in 3 languages to thousands of people.
My own journey has been a homecoming through nature, grief, ritual, pain, therapy, experiencing abuse, presence, and holistic healing. It’s been shaped by yoga, pleasure, meditation, massage, and movement—tools I now share with my clients to reclaim powerful, pleasureful aliveness.

In Yin Yoga, you soften into long stretches to access bones and connective tissue, and the places where the body keeps the score. In Gentle Vinyasa, you move with your breath, flushing out muscles and meridians. Spots are limited to 5 each session. Available for private bookings.
And Thai Yoga Massage (Nuad Thai). Where you don't even have to move to yoga.
